This is very healthy, simple and quick recipe on how to prepare breakfast easily. All you gonna need is a few ingredients and five minutes of your time. It can be prepared at night and store in the refrigerator. It is fun to make it and it is very colorful too! So tasty and delicious you`ll wanna eat it every morning. Super healthy and powerful breakfast smoothie bowl!

Ingredients are all organic and you can use either fresh fruit or frozen fruit, depend on the season and availability. I use almond milk sometimes instead of water too. It changes the tasty slightly. I also use more Udo`s Oil Blend if I will prepare more than one serving and for the Omega 3 content.


250ml water
1 banana
60g blackberries
60g raspberries
200g Strawberries
1 tablespoon Udo`s Oil Blend

Serves 1

Blend together water, banana, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. Blend in Udo`s Oil Blend until smooth. Top with pumpkin seeds, blueberries, granola, raspberries, and almonds.

You can use any of your favorite ingredients you like 🙂 Breakfast smoothie bowl can be eaten any time of the day not just for breakfast! I love to eat it on the weekends as my afternoon dessert. For fun and variety I like to change the ingredients and toppings regularly.
