Bringing you very simple yet tasting and healthy recipe. This Udo`s Choice raw bars are great for every day, morning, snack, lunch, after workout or any other sport activity. 2½ cups Dried Currants (oil free)

2 cups Pecan nuts

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

½ cup seed mix (Sesame/Sunflower/Flax seeds)

½ cup Beyond Greens (optional)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsb Poppy Seeds

1 tbsp Coconut Flakes

1tbsp Udo`s Oil Bend



Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend  – don’t over process as you want to keep the ingredients chunky! Transfer to a baking tray and press down firmly to create an even base. Cover with foil and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Slice into squares to serve. Enjoy this delicious and healthy snack any time. They are great and handy during your travel times and they can last long. One of my favorite healthy and fit snacks for energizing my body.
